The Focus
This programme is designed to enable teams to understand conflict-handling modes and to increase self-awareness of leaders’ own conflict styles and those of others. It also focusses on developing the skills for assessing conflict in different situations and the selection of appropriate strategies.
This team journey was created with flexibility in mind, with the option for a full-day F2F workshop, which offers more opportunities for activities and skills practice, or a half-day session.
