Programme Design
A fully flexible, virtual coaching experience tailored to individual needs and schedules. The programme includes regular coaching sessions (weekly or monthly), supported by a personalised development plan, practical actions, curated resources, and reflection exercises. Ongoing feedback and accountability ensure sustained progress, alongside the Escentia 6C assessment (individual and/or team), used pre- and post-journey to track and measure impact.
