Bringing Business into Nature
Taking classroom learnings to the outdoors, is a key part of our approach to team development – enabling individuals to experience leadership in a different way, and through practical application. We believe this leads to a greater growth experience and, crucially, we have lots of fun along the way, with activities including:
- Working with horses
- Woodland hikes
- Campfire chats, story-telling and songs
- Outdoor team building games and activities
We regularly partner with Rosie Tomkins at N-Stinctive, an incredible leader who specialises in working with horses, and has a unique way of enabling the practical application of classroom theory in the paddock – Find out more about our outdoor activities.
How we work
We feel that it’s as important for you to choose the right leadership development coaching, as it is for us to choose the best client fit.
We only work with clients who are looking for real leadership or team growth and have a genuine desire for positive change.
So, before we commit to working with you, you will have an initial call with one of our team members.
They will carefully listen to your leadership coaching goals and aspirations. Then, if we feel we are a good fit, we will match you to a programme and coach on the team, that would best suit your needs.
We offer varying bespoke programmes that take teams on a journey, individual Executive coaching and an 8-month leadership development programme for senior talent. All programmes are designed to have a lasting impact.

Giving Back
Aside from making a positive difference through all our leadership development programmes, we also commit time and resources to support other initiatives that are close to our hearts. This is an area that we look to expand every year.
Tree Planting: We seek to make an impact in our world by partnering with One Tree Planted, to plant trees and to protect and restore biodiversity. As a thank you to our clients, we have pledged to plant 500 trees every year.
Charity Funds: We support various NHS charities.
