The Leader I Am and Aspire to Be
We believe that leading with intention is critical to this journey of establishing the leader that you are and aspire to be. This programme enables the team to have time to think and consolidate who they are and what they stand for, before defining the leader that they aspire to become. Outdoor activities are often incorporated into this workshop, in order to create the necessary pause and space to reflect.

The Leader I am and Aspire to Become Team Journey
What clients are saying
“Despite the many self-assessment and group performance experiences, this one really stood out. Being forced to reflect on and write down how you want to be perceived as a leader, and share it with the team, was extremely impactful – both for the individuals and the team. (The workshop) goes well beyond theory. Concrete, tangible clues, advice and examples are offered. Everyone is standing almost permanently in front of a mirror, leading to a lot of self-reflection and inspiration. No-one leaves the room with a blank paper, but with a commitment to be a better leader/person.”
