Bringing Business into Nature
Bringing business into nature is a key part of our approach to team development. At Escentia, we believe in enhancing leadership theory and learnings gained in the classroom, with practical application outside in nature, to maximise growth. This is why most of our workshops incorporate both classroom and outdoor learning elements, such as working with horses, woodland hikes and memorable campfire moments.

Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential is our unique new, 8-month leadership development programme, which is designed for a small group of talented senior leaders who are seeking a leadership journey with a lasting impact. The programme has been accredited by the Institute of Leadership, so all delegates become a fellow of the IoL and will have access to all IoL materials and online offers after finishing the programme. Being a Sustainable Leader that Thrives
Our amazing Class of 2023 joined us for our final module, and to celebrate the completion of the Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential programme. It’s been an incredible journey of growth, bonding, insight, impact and celebration, which culminated in the preparation of a personal development plan to help guide our leaders on their continued development. On completion of the programme, we were also proud to award delegates their Institute of Leadership certificates and membership.
