- Discovery call
- Three way call with line manager (optional but recommended)
- Kick off questionnaire and assessments if applicable
- 1-hour kick off session
- Ongoing Zoom calls tailored to your needs
- Walk and talks if viable
- 3-way call with line manager at the end
- Escentia 6C Assessment pre and post training to monitor and evaluate progress
