Programme Philosophy
As organisations ask more from fewer people, leadership has become a responsibility at every level. Escentia CORE™ is built for this reality.
Escentia Core™ is a 5-month leadership journey, designed for busy leaders. Delivered in six bite-sized modules aligned with Escentia’s 6C Framework, the programme The programme builds practical, everyday leadership capability through flexible online learning, self-assessment and real-time coaching, and light-touch face to face or virtual workshops. With a commitment of around 45 minutes per week, this programme is designed to turn powerful leadership learning into impactful action.
Each module follows the Escentia CLEAR learning approach, through: cognitive learning to understand the concepts, emotional embedding to connect meaningfully and action and reflection, to apply learning in real time and build lasting habits.
The programme has achieved Institute Approved recognition by The Institute of Leadership and is delivered by highly experienced executive coaches.

Programme Design
A flexible 5-month journey designed to fit around busy schedules. Delivered through bite-sized online modules and blending self-assessment, self-paced learning with 1:1 coaching, and light-touch virtual or in-person group workshops.

- Virtual kick-off call to connect the team and share the journey ahead
- Introduction Module – orientates delegates with the tools and structure used in the programme
- Module 1: Clarity – understand who you are as a leader, your strengths, and your development areas
- Module 2: Courage – build the confidence to have honest, growth-focused conversations
- Module 3: Congruence – lead with intention and align your actions with the leader you aspire to be
- Module 4: Connection – adapt your style to build stronger relationships and maximise impact
- Module 5: Coherence – strengthen resilience and create balance for yourself and your team
- Module 6: Compassion – lead with empathy and foster a supportive, high-performing environment
- Final Module – programme wrap-up and development plan preparation
- 1:1 Coaching calls x 3 – at intervals
- Group workshop sessions x 2 – at intervals
