Overview
Programme Philosophy
The Leaders We Aspire to Become programme builds on the 5 Voices foundation, helping leaders move beyond awareness into intentional growth. It creates space for individuals and teams to reflect on who they are as leaders- and who they want to become.
Across this immersive 1.5-day experience, leaders explore their core values, motivations, and drivers, and how these align with the organisation. They gain insight into what energises them, while recognising that others are motivated differently. This awareness strengthens adaptability and empathy.
Through honest reflection and open dialogue, participants uncover blind spots, deepen self-awareness, and build stronger, more authentic connections within their teams.
The result: leaders who show up with greater clarity, intention, and impact.

Programme Design
1.5 days offsite and face to face is highly recommended for an impactful experience.
Every programme starts with the 5 Voices foundation, then evolves based on your team’s priorities – allowing you to build a bespoke leadership journey that fits your context.
Why it Matters?
Leaders with greater clarity and self awareness make:
Better leadership decisions – through more intentional, aligned choices.
More effective teams – understanding different motivations reduces friction and improves collaboration.
Stronger trust and engagement – when leaders show up authentically, teams respond with greater openness and commitment.
Sustainable performance – adaptable leaders create environments where people can thrive – not just deliver.

What clients are saying
“Despite the many self-assessment and group performance experiences, this one really stood out. Being forced to reflect on and write down how you want to be perceived as a leader, and share it with the team, was extremely impactful – both for the individuals and the team. (The workshop) goes well beyond theory. Concrete, tangible clues, advice and examples are offered. Everyone is standing almost permanently in front of a mirror, leading to a lot of self-reflection and inspiration. No-one leaves the room with a blank paper, but with a commitment to be a better leader/person.”
