The Impact, Influence & Building Trust programme helps leaders understand how they naturally show up and how to adapt their approach to maximise their impact with others. It’s a natural progression from the foundation 5 Voices programme.
This programme focuses on the core capabilities that move leadership from intention into action. Impact is about making a difference and turning effort into real outcomes. Influence is how leaders create alignment – gaining buy-in, not just compliance. Trust is the foundation which determines whether people listen, engage, and follow, especially in uncertainty.
