Your team’s health and success is important to us, and so we love getting client feedback about our meetings. We also use this feedback to ensure that our meetings really deliver for our clients and always give the full Escentia experience – no matter which coach delivers them.

With the expansion of our team in recent years, to meet the growth in demand for our workshops and programmes, we feel it important to come together in person as a team. This helps to ensure that we are living our values – especially around clarity, connection and congruence – These are part of Escentia’s 6 critical ingredients for leader and team success (The Escentia 6Cs).

With that aim in mind, Matt Juby met up with our team of Escentia Associate coaches: Rosie Tomkins, Lee Farnsworth, Juliette Knott and Becky Barsellotti, to ensure congruence regarding the delivery of Escentia’s programmes and workshops.
