💥 NEW for 2027: Think better with AI

As the world of work changes, the ability to pause, question and think well becomes even more important. So for 2027, we’re taking the idea of space to think one step further.

ULP will include a new AI & Leadership workshop with expert Dan Gildoni, exploring one of the most important emerging leadership capabilities: how to think better with AI.

Rather than simply learning how to use AI, leaders will explore how to use it as a powerful thinking partner – to challenge assumptions, surface different perspectives, test ideas and support more thoughtful, informed decision-making.

The emphasis is on learning how to use AI to extend, challenge and sharpen your own thinking.

Alongside the dedicated workshop, ongoing virtual touchpoints will give leaders opportunities to experiment, reflect and turn those insights into practical new ways of thinking and working.

Because as AI becomes increasingly embedded in our working lives, perhaps one of the most important leadership capabilities will be knowing when to use it, how to question it and when to trust your own judgement.
