Escentia’s new programme: Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential

The Escentia team have been a little quiet these past 3 months, with intensive travel across the UK, Spain, Portugal, Rome, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium, the development of a new Escentia 6C assessment tool (more on this to come), and also getting ready for the launch of our ground-breaking new leadership programme: Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential.

This annual programme is designed for a small group of talented senior leaders from different backgrounds, and is the brainchild of Paula Tully (former senior VP at Pfizer), which has been years in the making.

It is Paula’s intention and personal passion to bring everything that she’d wished somebody had taught her, when on her own leadership journey. Like many senior leaders, she learnt through trial and error, undertaking a Masters in Change and working with some incredible people throughout the world.

On Monday we welcomed our first cohort of 12 trailblazing senior business leaders from 3 large companies onto the programme. Our virtual kick-off call connected the group, in preparation for the 8-month guided journey ahead, which will be delivered across 6 in-person modules from May to December.

The essence of this programme is to enable clear business leaders that are focussed, adaptable and sustainable, and uniquely focusses on creating an aligned mind and body to become an intentional, confident and sustainable leader in change.

The goal is to provide a leadership journey with a lasting impact, injecting leaders with inner confidence and self-belief, and equipping them with a tangible output to take their learnings forward – through the creation of an individual development plan for the next 18 months.

The programme is delivered by a panel of highly experienced Executive coaches and highly regarded guest speakers.  It is also designed to take classroom learnings to the outdoors, an important aspect of all programmes with Escentia.
