Escentia’s purpose is to enable individuals, teams and organisations to intentionally be the best that they can be, and we’re privileged to have had the opportunity to work with many wonderful teams within the Pharma and Healthcare sectors this year.

We believe that compassionate leaders promote a culture of giving back, whether through time, expertise or donations. This fosters a sense of purpose, strengthens community ties and reinforces social responsibility within the team.

As a thank you to our clients, Escentia plants trees and have pledged to plant 500 trees every year and have now planted 1500 trees across the world, where needed most.

By partnering with One Tree Planted (OTP), we’re delighted do our little bit for helping to protect biodiversity, creating a healthier climate, and helping with conservation and restoration projects around the world. Planting trees can also have a powerful social impact on communities too, through income and business opportunities and employment for women, which empowers local communities to provide better healthcare, education and nutrition for their families.

Another way that we seek to make a difference is through our support of various NHS charities and by offering a discounted place for the Charity sector on our annual leadership programme: Unlocking Your Leadership Potential.
