The Journey Begins: Unlocking Leadership Potential

Last week marked the exciting start to this year’s Unlocking Leadership Potential programme, a transformative experience proudly accredited by the Institute of Leadership. Now in its third year, this evolving programme continues to spark leadership growth and we’re thrilled to welcome 13 senior leaders from diverse industries, including business, healthcare and the charity sector.

These inspiring individuals joined us on a virtual kick-off and connection call. The incredible energy of the group sets the tone for what promises to be a powerful and enriching experience.

The journey continues in May with our first in-person session: an action packed, two-day module which balances self-reflection with practical learning.

• Day one is a day of pause, reflection and new insights, which culminates with a masterclass on storytelling, led by our inspiring guest expert.
• Day two takes leadership into the paddock, where leaders will experience a highly practical session alongside horses.

We set out to create a leadership journey with lasting impact – building inner confidence and self-belief, and equipping participants to lead with clarity, purpose and authenticity.
