Unlocking Leadership Potential 2026: A Journey Begins

 Last Friday marked the start of our 2026 Unlocking Leadership Potential programme – an inspiring journey, achieving the highest accreditation by the Institute of Leadership, and now proudly entering its fourth year.

This evolving programme continues to spark meaningful leadership growth, and we’re delighted to welcome a new cohort of senior leaders from the healthcare and charity sectors across Italy, Spain, and the UK. These remarkable individuals came together for our virtual kick-off connection call, setting the tone for what promises to be a powerful and deeply enriching experience.

A Journey Rooted in Confidence and Connection

“If I could encapsulate the journey in one word, it would be confidence. It will be leaving in November with something in your inner core… something that feels different. It will carry you forward not just in your career, but in your life.” – Paula Tully

This programme is designed with that transformation in mind. It focuses not just on leadership as a role, but on leadership in life also, because when we get life right, work tends to follow – never the other way around.

Participants can expect to build strong connections within the group, learn from each other’s experiences, and engage in meaningful conversations that challenge and inspire. By the end of the journey, each person will have gained something meaningful and unique their own.

Looking Ahead to May

The journey continues in May with our first in-person session, with an action-packed two-day module that blends introspection with practical learning:

  • Day One offers space to pause, reflect, and gain fresh insights, culminating in a powerful storytelling masterclass led by our guest expert.
  • Day Two takes leadership into the paddock, where participants will engage in a highly experiential session alongside horses – bringing leadership concepts to life in a truly memorable way.
What Leaders Are Hoping to Gain

From the very beginning, delegates have shared a strong sense of purpose about what they want to develop over the coming months. Their aspirations include these themes:

  • Expanding their networks and strengthening leadership capability
  • Exploring who they are as leaders, and how to lead through change and challenge
  • Building compassion – for others and for themselves
  • Enhancing communication, impact, and influence
  • Motivating and inspiring their teams more effectively
  • Taking time to refocus, reconnect, and step confidently into a new chapter

These intentions will shape their journey ahead, making it both deeply personal and collectively powerful.

Each participant will leave with a personalised development plan, providing a clear roadmap for growth over the next 18 months.
