Programme Philosophy

An 8-month guided leadership development programme, delivered across 6 in-person, immersive sessions from May to December. Uniquely focussed on enabling clear business leaders that are focused, adaptable and sustainable – injecting leaders with inner confidence and self-belief.

The programme has achieved Institute Approved recognition by The Institute of Leadership and is delivered by a panel of highly experienced facilitators, including Professors of leadership and change, business executives and executive coaches. It is also designed to take classroom learnings to the outdoors.

A small group of talented senior leaders from different backgrounds, seeking a leadership journey with a lasting impact and a tangible output to take their learnings forward – through the creation of an individual development plan for the next 18 months.
