This is such an important achievement for Escentia because it means that our leadership programme has been independently verified as world-class, and Institute Approved for our delegates.

Being a Confident Leader in Change
Last month, it was such a privilege and a humbling experience to welcome our first cohort of delegates onto Module 1 of our unique new 8-month guided programme: Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential. What an inspiring group of talented leaders and human beings they are too! Joining us in the heart of the Surrey Hills, from a variety of organisations and from across the world, our 12 senior business leaders started their journey with a 2-day immersive session.

At Escentia we believe in enabling clear focussed, adaptable and sustainable leaders, teams and organisations. With this in mind, we’ve launched a brand new and unique assessment tool that enables ALL of these parameters to be assessed in one tool.
Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential Programme
The Escentia team have been a little quiet these past 3 months, with intensive travel across the UK, Spain, Portugal, Rome, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium, the development of a new Escentia 6C assessment tool (more on this to come), and also getting ready for the launch of our ground-breaking new leadership programme: Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential. This annual programme is designed for a small group of talented senior leaders from different backgrounds, and is the brainchild of Paula Tully (former senior VP at Pfizer), which has been years in the making.
