Partnering with NHS Sutton Health & Care
Escentia was excited to again facilitate the annual “Big Tent Event” with NHS Sutton Health & Care Trust. It was a lively event, where some 300 delegates from across 37 different services came together to celebrate team successes, engage with senior leader presentations and facilitated workshop sessions, and experience an injection of some fun group energisers and activities.
The Escentia Leadership Programme is Institute Approved
Thrilled to announce that the Escentia Leadership Programme has achieved Institute Approved recognition by The Institute of Leadership. This is such an important achievement for Escentia because it means that our leadership programme has been independently verified as world-class, and Institute Approved for our delegates.

Being a Confident Leader in Change
Last month, it was such a privilege and a humbling experience to welcome our first cohort of delegates onto Module 1 of our unique new 8-month guided programme: Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential. What an inspiring group of talented leaders and human beings they are too! Joining us in the heart of the Surrey Hills, from a variety of organisations and from across the world, our 12 senior business leaders started their journey with a 2-day immersive session.
