Empowering leaders, teams and organisations to lead with intention is Escentia’s raison d’etre. At Escentia we believe in enabling clear focussed, adaptable and sustainable leaders, teams and organisations. With this in mind, we’ve launched a brand new and unique assessment tool that enables ALL of these parameters to be assessed in one tool.
Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential Programme
The Escentia team have been a little quiet these past 3 months, with intensive travel across the UK, Spain, Portugal, Rome, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium, the development of a new Escentia 6C assessment tool (more on this to come), and also getting ready for the launch of our ground-breaking new leadership programme: Unlocking Your Leadership Growth Potential. This annual programme is designed for a small group of talented senior leaders from different backgrounds, and is the brainchild of Paula Tully (former senior VP at Pfizer), which has been years in the making.

At Escentia, we understand that by building better leaders, who are clear, focused, adaptable and sustainable, an organisation is more likely to overcome challenges, deliver better results and achieve the organisation’s goals. We believe that an aligned mind and body (coherence) is essential, and for this reason, since day one, we have always felt it vital to walk our talk (congruence), and take classroom theory into the outdoors to enhance creativity and allow the healing power of nature to unfold for a greater growth experience.
Back to the Future Focus Plan
As the holiday season approaches and the year draws to a close, it can be tempting to rush forwards and plan for the year ahead – skipping past the moments and milestones that have led us to today. Without pause and reflection, it’s easy to miss those moments of clarity and courage, and to lose track of the things that we intentionally set out to do and have achieved. At Escentia, we understand the importance of taking a look back in order to look forwards – going back to the future.
Taking Classroom Theory to the Outdoors
At Escentia, we believe in enhancing leadership theory and learnings gained in the classroom, with practical application outside in nature to maximise growth. This is why most of our workshops incorporate both classroom and outdoor learning elements, such as team building events, woodland hikes or memorable campfire moments.
Impacting People, Organisations and Planet
Escentia’s raison d’etre is to enable individuals, teams and organisations to intentionally be the best that they can be. But we’re also keen to do our bit for the Planet, which is why we have partnered with One Tree Planted (OTP), a non-profit organisation focused on global reforestation, who plant trees where they are needed most.
